Coaching Type

Sinead’s approach is to support you in gaining a clear understanding of your work-related desires and values. This will enable you to make well-informed decisions about your career that are in alignment with your individual needs. Sinead would be happy to work with you to explore your career goals.
 

Her approach is also similar to life coaching however sessions with Sinead usually involve a larger focus on self care.

Life coaches and career coaches can have varying education backgrounds and experience. Sinead specifically uses Coaching Psychology that she studied at University level.

As the sessions are tailored towards you and your needs specifically, Sinead may end up taking more of a career or life coaching approach.

3 Week Plan

Coaching with Sinead involves a loose structure in order to balance tailoring the sessions for you and your unique needs whilst also staying focused on making progress.

This bundle is for a specific work concern that you want to address in 3 sessions. Perhaps you want to navigate a difficult work relationship. I can support you in untangling a work concern to find a solution that feels aligned, use awareness techniques to view your concern from a wider perspective, help you plan some practical actions to support your decisions.

If you choose to continue working with me after the 3 sessions then you can offset the 3 week plan to a 15 week package.

15 Week Plan

I understand that investing your money, time, trust and energy in your health with me can feel overwhelming. And you might have worked with others or done health programs that over-promised and under-delivered in the past. I won’t make empty promises. But I will give you my all and, if you do the same, the 15 week packages will have a transformative and lasting impact on you, your life, work and health.
