I’m really excited to share with you this workshop. Throughout I will be giving you loads of real life examples to help you understand the content deeply.

- You find it difficult to say no when someone asks you to do something you would rather not do, you probably will feel resentful towards the person afterwards. If you do on a rare occasion say no this causes you to feel like the bad guy or guilty.

I offer email support for any queries you might have with every course for the 6 month period. Hybrid and live courses involve more direct support from me than the Self-paced courses. There is a discount available for anyone who purchased a course and wants more in depth support via a personal coaching plan with me.

I really enjoyed Sinead's recent 6 week Lifestyle Coaching Programme in my workplace. I collaborated with Sinead on a coaching workshop last month. I really enjoyed working with Sinead, the workshop went very well and we got great feedback from participants.
