Coaching Type

It is similar to life coaching however sessions with Sinead usually involve a larger focus on making physical, mental and emotional changes. Life coaches can have very different education backgrounds and Sinead specifically uses Coaching Psychology that she studied at University level. As the sessions are tailored towards you and your needs specifically we may end up taking more of a life coaching approach.

Investment

I understand that investing your money, time, trust and energy in your health with me can feel overwhelming. And you might have worked with others or done health programs that over-promised and under-delivered in the past. I won’t make empty promises. But I will give you my all and, if you do the same, the 15 week packages will have a transformative and lasting impact on you, your health and wellness. It’s okay if you’re not ready for that, some of my packages have a 3 session plan. Why not book a no pressure free 15 min call with me for further clarity on whether the 15 week package is for you.

Structure

Coaching with Sinead involves a loose structure in order to balance tailoring the sessions for you and your unique needs whilst also staying focused on making progress.

This bundle can be used for a specific concern that you want to address in 3 sessions OR to redirect you back to balance when you feel like you have gone off track. The sessions are goal-focused to help you find direction & take action. It involves assessing all relevant areas of your Self Care, identifying priority areas of focus, a starter action plan for your priority area to work on following our sessions.

If you choose to continue working with me after the 3 sessions then you can offset the 3 week plan to a 15 week package.
