About Sinead
I am a nurse for the past 18 years
My focus is now extending my knowledge and care to health professionals because we too need support.
I know the emotional & physical exhaustion from the systems and politics of working within public & private healthcare sectors. I know the frustration of trying to do the best for your patients but it is impossible, with your workload being one of those reasons.

Coaching Type
Her approach is also similar to life coaching however sessions with Sinead usually involve a larger focus on self care.
Life coaches and career coaches can have varying education backgrounds and experience. Sinead specifically uses Coaching Psychology that she studied at University level.
As the sessions are tailored towards you and your needs specifically, Sinead may end up taking more of a career or life coaching approach.
3 Week Plan
Coaching with Sinead involves a loose structure in order to balance tailoring the sessions for you and your unique needs whilst also staying focused on making progress.
This bundle is for a specific work concern that you want to address in 3 sessions. Perhaps you want to decide whether you should get out, give up or you want help navigating a difficult work relationship. I can support you in untangling your decision or concern to find a solution that feels aligned, use awareness techniques to view your decision or concern from a wider perspective, help you plan some practical actions to support your decisions.
If you choose to continue working with me after the 3 sessions then you can offset the 3 week plan to a 15 week package.
15 Week Plan
