Such as considering the environment of your breathwork space—ensure it’s tranquil and comfortable to avoid discouragement. One tip that works for me is to schedule the heating to come on a few minutes before entering, enhancing both my physical comfort and positive associations with my ritual.

Additionally, assess whether others in your household could pose obstacles. Communication is key to preventing disruptions and creating a supportive atmosphere. Share your intentions with them, explaining the importance of your morning ritual. Consider discussing optimal timing to minimise conflicts and addressing any concerns they might have.
