Investing in Continuous Learning: A Journey of Self-Improvement

As a Corporate Wellbeing Speaker and Coach with a background in corporate occupational health nursing, I understand the pivotal role that knowledge and personal growth play in our professional lives. That’s why I’m excited to share my ongoing commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

The Importance of CPD

In today’s dynamic world, staying ahead of the curve is essential. Continuous learning is the key to making a lasting positive impact on individuals and organizations. My dedication to CPD is a testament to my commitment to offering you and your organization the best insights and practical support.

My Ongoing CPD Journey

Currently, I’m immersed in three diverse and exciting courses:

Breathwork Facilitator Certificate (50 hours) with PTTI:

I’m exploring the profound impact of breathwork on physical and mental well-being. For those who’ve attended my corporate wellbeing sessions, you’re already familiar with my incorporation of brief breathwork. Now, I’m thrilled to announce that I’m taking it to the next level with formal training. I’m currently crafting a 1-hour corporate wellbeing breathwork session that combines the grounding benefits of breathwork, skill development, and the science that underpins it. Stay tuned for this enriching experience!

4-week Group Coaching CPD with the Association for Coaching (AC):

I’m strengthening my coaching skills to better support individuals and teams in their journey to personal and professional development.

9-week Grow Your Business Programme with Local Enterprise Office, Cork City:

This program is designed to enhance the business side of my services, allowing me to reach even more professionals who can benefit from my expertise.

Lifelong Learning for Better Service

Learning is a lifelong journey, and each course I undertake not only enriches my expertise but also ensures I can better serve you, my valued clients and organisations.
