I was truly honoured to achieve the Business All-Star Accreditation as a Thought Leader in Corporate Well-being 2024. This recognition means a great deal to me, and is a reflection of the passion and dedication I bring to my mission of fostering proactive workplace well-being.
As a solopreneur, this accreditation holds special significance, affirming the impact of my work in promoting corporate well-being.
This accreditation also reflects the collective impact of those who have supported and collaborated with me. I extend my heartfelt thanks to my clients, colleagues, family and friends who have been integral on this journey. I look forward to leveraging this accreditation to further elevate the conversation around corporate wellbeing and make a positive impact to organisations and their people.
The Beginning
It all started for me in a traditional seaside town in Ireland, steeped in traditional Catholic values and conditioning, including my convent schooling.
There was always that little rebellious side of me that questioned why things were the way they were, I never liked doing things “because that’s how it has always been done”.
I hovered between fitting in, going along with things, and choosing not to fit in, doing things that resonated with me.

Identity
Finding my own identity has been part of my journey, navigating society and professional expectations meant that I showed up differently. My friends and family met me as my fun, creative, organized self. While in work I was practical, efficient, and passionate about helping people to thrive (not just around their health).
Now, I have integrated both aspects of my personality and let go of the need to present how I am expected to be and instead embrace who I am.
My path of inquiry has knitted together the person I am today, triggered by my life challenges, especially around health and fertility. These experiences challenged me to review my life, sometimes unwillingly I might add. However my self-development naturally led me to transition to working differently and allow myself to show up as me bringing ease, fulfilment and motivation. I would be lying to say this all happened overnight. It is an evolving emerging process, which is the story of restoring our health and this is true for you also.
Purpose and Passion
Moving away from public and corporate systems that no longer served me, which had given me extensive experience and learning. It finally clicked that at the heart of all of my work is my love for people. Really getting to know the person behind the mask. I’m passionate, warm, sometimes funny and I love seeing others thrive and blossom. Healing from the inside out, not just the physical body.
My purpose is to support others with their unique needs, wants, pains, and aspirations to manage their own self-care and well-being. My nursing career fed my need for knowledge, I love science and all it offers. I also cherish our own individuality and the need to strike a balance between what we “should do” and what will serve us best.
